My first impression of the new Aperture 3.0 is quite good. It allows you to mix your own color combos very quickly and makes it actually fun! Instead of recording actions in Photoshop, you can easily create your own presets and apply them to other photos. No plug-ins needed. Highly Recommended for Color Enhancements!

You can create HDR images easily by using 3 bracketed photos and combine them with a program like Photomatix to get up to a 10 stop contrast range with maximum detail
